Our Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Though any voucher purchased within the Covid Period that we are closed will be valid from the date we reopen. Discounted Gift Cards for eg: Our Black Friday 20% Off Gift Cards have a 12 month expiry.
No, not at all. You can split your Gift Card over a few appointments or change it to suit whatever service you would like.
Absolutely, you can use your Gift Card for both Services and Products Purchase.

Simply give us a call if you cannot locate your unused voucher. We ask you give us 48 hours prior to your appointment to locate it in our system. We will need a rough date of purchase and name of purchaser.
You can, but we prefer you didn’t. Remember that Gift was given to you by a loved one that wanted you to relax and pamper yourself. Most of our Gift Cards are purchased by our beloved clients and they actually ask us if you have used your voucher yet.
